Established on : 17th April 1979, by a group of GSB youths under the guidance of Seniors formed "G. S. B. Yuvak Mandal", which was subsequently registered as G. S. B. Mandal. 

Inaugurated by : H. H. Swamijis of Shri Kashi, Gokran Partagali & Kaivalya Maths. 

GSB Families (approx) : 1000 Families, Population : 5000.

Interesting Places : Vithoba Temple (Birla Temple) at Shahad. Ancient Shiv Temple at Ambernath, Ganesh Temple at Titwala, and Dam Site at Badlapur. Journey Details : Reach Dombivli by Central Railway Suburban Train Service from CST Mumbai or Dadar Mumbai. 

Activities : Distribution of books to needy, economically backward students, Marriage Bureau for exchanging details of eligible boys & girls (Between 07:00 pm and 08:30 pm. on every Wednesdays), Bhajan Seva on Saturdays, Vyasopasan Seva on Sundays. Samoohik Rigupakarma on 'Shravani Day', Shri Satyanarayan Mahapooja - on the first Sunday of Navaratri days, Annual Social Gathering during January - February months every year, Five days 'Sharada Pooja' Festival during Navaratri Days. (See Pic)

High School Project : The Mandal has already completed a Ground + 3 floor structure (for Housing a School & Hall for Educational, Cultural & other Social Programmes) on land acquired at Gograswadi, Dombivli. The School has started with Nursery, Jr. K. G. and Sr. K. G. classes, w. e. f. last academic year. During every forthcoming academic year, one higher class will be added, thus making it a full-fledged high school by the year 2010.

Are working on a Project for a "COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER" to cater to the growing needs of the Samaj in this part of the Central Suburbs with a Temple, Community Hall, Free Dispensary, Vocational Guidance, lodging for poor/needy students of the Samaj and  also to provide other allied services to the Samaj in Thane, Kalyan, Bhivandi, Ambernath & Badlapur. Mandal is confident of making this project a reality by the year 2004, the Silver Jubliee year of the Mandal. GSBs in Mumbai and suburbs have only a few educational schools and this is one Sabha that has embarked on a good project.
