Founded by : Mulki Srinivasa Kamath, Late Venkatraya Vittal Padiyar, Pilar Ratnakar Prabhu & Dongarkeri Chandrakant Pai. 

Inaugurated by : H. H. Shrimad Sudhindra Tirth Swamiji, on 15th March,1983. 

Working Days : Twice/Thrice in a month and as and when required, preferably on Tuesdays at 07:00 pm.

Important Festivals : Shravan Mas Chudi Pooja & A. G. M. on 1st Sunday of Shravan Mas, Righupakarma as per Panchang, Dassera get together, Sarasvati, Laxmi & Mahadurga Pooja on Dassera, Annual Day Function on Gudi Padva, Van Bhojana cum Picnic (One Sunday of November/December), Mini Picnic (Dhanurmas - Khichdi - Pole), G-3 Summit (All Gujarat GSB Get together) this is held once in a year, either held on 15th August or 26th January in rotation at Baroda, Ahmedabad & Surat. Monthly bhajans on festival days, Monthly meetings (office bearers and invitees) on 2nd Tuesday. 

GSB Families (approx) : 153 Families, Population : 600. 

 Journey Details : By Road - 12 Hours from Bombay to Baroda By Rail - 6 Hours from Bombay By Air - 50 mins. from Bombay and 2-3 kms. from Harni Airport.

Membership Strength : 93.

The Sabha acquired its own auditorium cum prayer hall, Shri Sadguru Dham which was inaugurated by H.H.Shrimat Sudhindra Tirth Swamiji of Shri Kashi Math Samsthan on 18th May, 2001. In this hall  is a small shrine dedicated to Shri Dwarkadish Shri Krishna consecrated by Shri Swamiji on the same day. (See photo of Shri Krishna)

Other Information : This is a charitable trust. Members are from GSB community & Saraswats belonging to all four maths. Baroda is princely city of Gaikwads & has a rich cultural and historical past. Baroda is also known as banyan city (Vadodra) having history of GSBs since 1822. Now it is also highly industrialized city.
