History : GSB Association, Kinnigoli was established on 7th November 1930.  The Founders of the Association were : Shri Narayan Raghava Baliga - President, Shri Shrinivas Mallya - Vice President, Shri Devaraya Mallya - Secretary, Shri Sarvottam Mallya - Treasurer and Shri Keshav Bhat - Archak. The Temple was established in 1950. Inauguration of Silver Mantap and Marble Idols was done in 1961 under the then President, Shri Venkatraya Purushottam Shenoy. Nithya Vinyoga Seva in 1971 under the then President, Shri Krishna Narasimha Mallya. Silver Jubilee was celebrated in 1975. Golden Jubilee in the year 2000. Shatha Rajatha Kalashbhishek and Kanakabhishek in February 2000 under the then President, Shri K. Shantaram Rao. Purchased 26 Cents land for Kalyan Mantap in May 2000.  Spacious Kalyan Mantap is under construction.
