 Owned & Managed by:  Shri Parmanand J.Bhat, s/o  is Shri N.Janardhan Bhat, the Founder. The temple is privately owned but is popular among Rajapur Saraswats having all the features of a Public Temple.

 Main Festivals: Shivaratri, Navaratri and Guru Poornima 

 Other Activities: During the camp of Shri Kavle Math Swamijis in Mumbai, the temple invariably invites Shri Swamij and offers Seva. In the year 2001, during the Golden Jubilee Year of Sanyas of Shri Swamiji of Shri Kavle Math, the temple organised a grand programme in honour of Shri Swamiji and received the blessings of both the Guru & Shishya Swamiji of Shri Kavle Math.(See Photo)

 Shri Parmanand Bhat is a popular priest among Rajapur Saraswats. He is also rendering catering services at reasonable rates besides officiating as a priest.

 This is the only Rajapur Saraswat Temple in Mumbai.
